La Castle Nails & Spa

I went to the castle Nails and Spa on Saturday February 15th 2020 to get my lashes done by ***. I paid her $40 cash when she was done. I followed her instructions and did not get the lashes wet. The next day on Sunday February 16th in the morning some of the lasses were coming undone. I called La Castle nails and spoke to Nary on Sunday February 16th in the afternoon and I explained to her that my lashes were already coming off. I asked her if she could repair the lashes and replace the lashes that have came off. She told me no that she would not fix the lashes because it was not her problem. After she told me no I tried to explain to her that it was her problem and that I would like for her to fix them. I did not ask for a refund, all I wanted her to do was fix my eyelashes. She and I went back and forth for at least 10 minutes, and then she rudely hung up in my face. I called her right back and ask for the owner, she told me that she was the owner and she put the phone down and refuse to talk to me any further.
