Bought a used dryer that's ad a warrantyThe dryer was defective when we got it homeThey didn't honor the warranty and charged us $to come out

Its OBVIOUS why this SO CALLED fly-by-night business is rated with a "C" rating This business takes your money for service calls and acts like they are frustrated, while at your house because they need to research the problem and then leave you hanging until you have to call back days later, only to find out that the "owner" is still out on a service callThen when you request your money back because of still no diagnosis, they in anger scream its the "control board, now there's' your answer, its the end of it"We paid $for nothing in return but anger and frustration from the owner of this business!!!
