La Casa del Zorro Resort and Spa denies any "purposeful and deceptive practices" in the collection of a US$Resort Fee that is a mandatory additional cost to each registered guestOur guest has disputed separately through his credit card issuing-bank this same $As a gesture of
our concern we will not challenge the dispute and we are, therefore, reimbursing the Resort Fee as the guest requestedWhile we comply with all regulations and rules on the collection of this Resort Fee we would agree that the Foreign On-Line Travel Agency used by this guest to reserve his accommodation was not as clear as we would normally be in the advance advisory of the mandatory Resort FeeHowever, this resort stands by the fact that each arriving guest is advised of the fee and our printed collateral, provided at the time of arrival includes an explanation of the Resort FeeWe have suspended access to our inventory by the On-Line Travel Agent until such time that they provide clearer language pertaining to this fee
