La Cabana Mexican Bar and Grill

I received terrible service along with raw/ incorrect food that they refused to take back and return for something else. I paid my full bill of $59 dollars but refused to leave a tip because I had the worst sever experience of my life. It was clear on the receipt that I was not leaving a tip, but I was charged $12 additional on my credit card statement. I know this is not a large amount of money, but I have heard from several other people of this particular restaurant overcharging. I would like that to be brought to the attention of the BB and to possibly receive my money back. I tried to take it up with the business itself but after over 10 phone calls they have not responded to one! Thank you in advance.
