I made a purchase for my WEDDING dress 9/20/2017 I was told by Lindsay (the owner) I would receive my dress December. It's 1/19/2018, still no dress.
I purchased my wedding dress 9/20/2017. I was told I would receive my dress in December. On 12/28/2017 I called LA Bridals to see if everything was okay with my dress because I got a call about coming to pick it up, and they then decided to I nformed me that I would receive my dress the first week of January. It's now 1/19/2018, I called for my dress again and now they are telling me that it will come February 2,2018. My wedding is 3/2018. I told her that's of a late because I won't have any time for alterations. She then proceed to tell me that it's plenty of time. I told her that I would just like my money back because they have changed the date on me three times and I am now starting to think there is no dress. My wedding is in less than 60 days and I still don't have anything dress because I put my dress in this company purchasing a $1,800 dress. And refuses to give me a refund claiming that I have plenty of time. I just want my money back because they have all lied to me for months.
