Phone response - we had offered to make up for some of the things they were not happy with, they declined. They left the property in terrible shape for retribution. We have done and offered all we can, we are no going to offer any more.

business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
As you can see in just the few pictures provided, we left the place clean. We folded all the clean towels and left them on the dining room table, we removed all of the bed linens, put a load of linens into the washing machine and started it, put all the dirty dishes into the dishwasher and started the dishwasher all of these were actions, excluding folding the clean towels, were requested in the check out sheet. We left this property in excellent condition and I have over 25 additional pictures to prove Vincent is accusations are false.  Vincent submitted an insurance claim for linens and I requested pictures of proof of any damages we caused and he nor the property manager as provided them. In reference to Vincent's offer to make things right since we were extremely unhappy, his offer was provided via text, snapshot of his text provided in the attachments.  The offer was not to provide amends during our stay, it was for our next stay.  The offer says, "Hi [redacted]. I know you have been disappointed with your stay. Hopefully you have enjoyed some of your stay. To make up for some of the grief we would like to offer you 50% off any future stay, if you're interested. Just call us direct. Happy Easter."  After what he did to our family vacation, does he seriously believe we would ever rent a vacation property from him again?!  HEAVENS NO!!!  Therefore, I do not view this as "making amends" for our disappointment during our vacation.Regards,[redacted]
