I went to La Bella for hair extensions after finding a stylist on style seat. I looked at a couple different places trying to find the best place to get them as I wanted them for my wedding. It was an expensive decision and one I wanted to research before making. So first let me say that Sarah and Susannah at La Bella are extremely sweet and friendly girls and I adored them. I was excited about the choice I was making until I saw them in my hair. They look awful - they don't mesh with my hair at all and it is extremely clear I have in extensions. Not only can you see where my hair ends and its just like a horse mane poking out but you can also see the tape at my scalp. I decided I just wanted them taken out and to get my money back so I didn't waste EIGHT HUNDRED DOLLARS. This is when I talked to the [redacted]. She was rude and uncaring, and didn't want to give me a cent back. I understand I made the decision to get the extensions put in, but the consultation could've been more thorough and it wasn't because what was important in this situation was making money off a girl who didn't know exactly what she was getting into. All in all, I would not recommend getting extensions from them (it really is a rip off), and I would say don't expect the owner to truly care about your concerns or complaints - she is the only reason I would NEVER recommend anyone to come here.
