I was driving I'm the fast lane one if l&w environmental thumped in the fast lane and a rock cracked my windshield that flew from the truck I called them they said they would call their insurance and give me a call back I ended up having to call them back for them to tell me I would have to fix it myself which is bull crap no apology nothing just answered another call while I was still on the line without telling me to hold on unprofessional and I would never call them if I needed to now I'm out of dollars during Christmas time that I don't have
