When the stranger lady came in my salon, (I never show her before) she said: one...

finger of her gel color peeled off! I try to ask her when she came for painting! She told me Friday (one thing wrong) then, I shows her around and ask her who serviced her finger! So I can tell them paid back for you finger, she said not them! (two things wrong) (because we had only two worker here). The color in any salons is the same! And any services in any salon never had three weeks warranty! by the way! we had the postsign no refund in salon. I don't understand whats she did for the color on her one finger and come to blame my shop!
