L T Mechanical air conditioning and heating

I am responding to the letter I got in the mail to In The Making by Tori We had discussed that I would fix the order and still intended on doing so She never contacted me to complain only that her order came broken which even though I'm not responsible once shipped I agreed to fix
it because I felt bad about it I will just refund her She never asked for a refund or even acted like she would be contacting anyone So I will be refunding he within hours.
