After contacting La Jolla transportation at 11:45am I was told ROUNDTRIP cost for service would be "roughly $150" and I gave my credit card number over the phone. No terms conditions or policies were stated. At 11:59am I received email confirmation for 2 charges of $150!!I called back once I checked my email at 1pm. I asked why two charges were placed. He responded that it was actually $150ea way! I told him that was not the agreement and told him I would like to cancel.At 1:39pm I received an email for confirmation of a $25 cancellation fee PER reservation. He NEVER mentioned this prior. I called back and asked how he saw fit to charge me $50! He told me "too bad".At this point I became very angry and told the owner that I WOULD NOT BE PAYING and THIS WAS A SCAM!After a lengthy argument, I asked if he would refund my money and his response was "I'll think about it."! I told him I would be disputing the charges and filing a complaint with Revdex.com and he said "Do what you want."I cancelled my card and received 2 void emails for the $25 charges at 1:59pThis BUSINESS LACKS MORALS! If I had not threatened to take action they would have robbed me of my money. This Business deserves a FULL AUDIT and INVESTIGATION before more San Diego consumers are abused and mistreated.
