I went to the job to look at customers complaint I took pictures the pictures I took look at exactly the same as the pictures that I took when I finish the place a year ago the fading that she sees is the dirt splattering back up onto the sides from all the rain hitting the ground because she did not put on the gutters that I suggested that she do back when we did the front porch the front steps are made of pressure-treated lumber so I told her that we could not paint them because the lumber was wet and that she would have to take care of that at a later date because you cannot just put a stain or paint on pressure-treated lumber right away it has to dry out as for the cracking of the concrete underneath I could not see that but if there is some that is also due to the fact that she did not take care of the gutter and water problem that she was having before I even did the job I informed her that it needed to be put in because we had fixed some of the parts of her foundation on the existing house due to the fact that the water runs underneath there I am sending some pictures with us to show that it looks the same other than she now has a fence around her front yard [redacted]
