I was forced to hire them as they told me there is no point refilling with freonThey told me that my air handler needs to be replaced...I agreed and paid 3K+ They came and installed it, with guys that seems to have been taken up from the side street, no uniforms, no van no professionalismThen they leftI checked the attic a few days later, saw that the water pan was full of water, there is a major leakI was aksed to help the sole guy they had to lift the air handler, I basically worked half the labor
months after it got hot again, now it's not the air handler, its the outside unit, they quoted us 4K+ to fix itWe didn't like it and felt we were being duped again, 2nd opinion for *** AC quoted us less than half the price and was preofessional and honest
Oh and the *** informs me that they re-used a old parts on the brand-new air handler that AllState HVAC installed.....GRRRRR!!
