I brought in an older model [redacted] snow blower for repair work. The Mgr/owner I believe was completely unprofessional not intersted in my machine. He tried to discourage me in every way including how backed up he was with work stating it was to old that I'd be waisting good money. Meanwhile they were bending over backwards for there landscaping customers. It was obvious that he did not want to deal with an average consumer and an old product. Not up for the challenge I guess. I recommend [redacted]. I took my machine there and they were very professional no questions asked. They even seemed enthusiastic and up for the challenge.
