November 18, 2015Dear [redacted] ***,I am writing this in response to the complaint filed by [redacted] , owner of a rental property at [redacted] in Allentown which Apex Management currently manages,Over the time we have held the management contract with [redacted] , he has repeatedly refused to provide the necessary funds needed for maintenance work on the property such as repairs to the garage roofWithout funding, the needed maintenance could not be done, and, as a matter of course, the unaddressed problem only got worse[redacted] 's other complaint is that I will not release him from the term of our legally binding contractI verbally told him, however, if at the end of four months (before the actual end date of November 16, 2016), if he so desired, I would release him without penalty.in an attempt to resolve this matter, I will be pleased to meet with [redacted] personally in a "face to face" meeting in my office at any time that is mutually convenient to discuss this issue.Sincerely,Fred A.President
December 8, 2015Dear *** ***,On Saturday, December 5, met with both **and *** *** at my office to discuss the referenced complaint about my business, Apex Management.After a detailed discussion of all factors involved, I am pleased to report that We resolved the issues to the satisfaction of both me and my clientsThe resolution was that Apex Management will reimburse the clients for the new entrance door to the garage and they, in turn, will terminate the management contract, without penalty, on February 16, if that is their desire.Sincerely,Fred A.President
