Review: I had a flat tire took it there to be fix, and was told I needed a new one. I told the guy ok, but I want exactly the same as the others, (Goodyear Eagle) The guy order it and put it on my car while I was inside the car. When I got home my husband notice that it was not the same tire that the numbers where different same brand (Goodyear Eagle)I went back the next day and was told because I drove on it I couldn't have an exchange. After arguments that it wasn't my fault that I told him that I wanted exactly the same tire as the other 3. He told me he order the same tire but maybe the place where he order it gave him the wrong one. Finally he told me for an extra $20.00 dollars he could change it for the right one. Now I'm out of $130.00 dollars for a tire that's price at $83.00 dollars. Also they only take cash even though the door has sticker that they accept credit. The receipt is a hand written one, no logo. This happened on 2/**/14.Thank you, [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like to have a refund of $40.00 dollars. Goodyear Eagle for Toyota Corolla 2012 is price everywhere for $83.00 dollars. Had to make an extra trip see no reason for the extra $20.00 dollars when I told him I wanted exactly the same tire, and only drove it for about 20 miles.
