Review: On 3 March 2014, Mr [redacted] from LP Roofing (Roofing & Vinyl Siding, Etc.) performed work on our roof, replacing worn shingles and gutter placement. Since then the gutter has unattached itself from the roof and continues to leak rain onto the deck. The last three Monday's (19, 12. 5th, I have called and spoken to Mr [redacted]., asking him to return and repair the gutter; three times he scheduled a time to appear and did not. On 19 May '14, I spoke to Mrs [redacted] (AKA [redacted]). Once again, I explained the situation and asked to speak to Mr [redacted], she asked me to hold and then hung up on me. I called again on 20 May '14, and left another message asking Mr [redacted] to call me back. As of yet, I have not received a phone call nor has Mr [redacted] returned to repair the gutter.Desired Settlement: Repair the unattached gutter, and an apology.
