The complaint was sent by mail, after reviewing the concern, yes the water pump was leaking internally which was not related to the power steering repair that was performed for the customer at no charge, I Would like to review the other repair shops invoice to see exactly what they did, besides the
water pump they did mention the power steering was leaking? What seals where leaking, if you can forward a copy of their invoice it would be helpful in closing this complaint, and I also did offer to clean the customer’s cement,P*** *** Paso Chevrolet

Complaint: 11903319Attached is the invoice from APS Auto that shows they had to replace the orings in the power steering lines and rack. I agree with Peter, that they did offer to clean up the driveway. In fact, they offered that to us several times and each time we said OK...please do that. However, an offer is only good when you actually do it. So, we complained to GMC cooperate office about the matter and they insured us that we would be hearing from Paso Robles Chevy....but again...no one ever called. Regards,
