Review: I was over billed by $98.00. When I noticed the extra charge on my Citibank card I called to address. [redacted] at first was very accommodating and agree to look into it and refund the charge. He stated he was on the road and would need to look and then call me back once back to his office.

Since then I have made numerous calls in attempt to get the $98 refunded with no success. Initially he would take my call and apologize and state he would address and issue the refund. It has never happened. [redacted] has since stopped answering my calls to him nor is he returning my calls at the request of my messages.Desired Settlement: Would like the $98 refunded to my credit card.
