The customer contacted our company and told me that she wanted to order custom made stained glass for her bi folded doorsI came for the estimateWe discussed the design and the price with the customerShe agreed ,signed the paperwork, paid the deposit She did approved the designThe customer was informed that there will not be any refund after the job would be completedAs I started the job, I sent the pictures of the project to the customerShe liked thatLater she contacted me and asked to make one of the roses smallerWhich I did As to the verbal agreement with the customer I came to pick up the bi-folded doors from her house to install stained glass In order to protect the doors and stained glass from any kind of damage we wrapped them up with the plastic, which was taken off when we delivered them back to the customers houseThe customer presented at the moment we delivered the doors , she unwrapped the doors, checked them, she did say she liked themShe paid the balance in full and we leftThat was December ***On January [redacted] the customer called me again and asked to switch the position of the smaller roses on the doorsThe next day I came to the customer's house and did what she asked forThat was free of charge visitShe absolutely liked themShe was totally satisfied On January ***,the customer called again and asked to get the stained glass backShe offered me to hold the % of her payment and wanted me to sell the stained glass I explained the customer that it's impossibleShe was told in the beginning that there won't be a refund for the custom made project And she agreed with that signed the receipt We offered the customer to meet and discuss the problemThe customer never called us backThe glass we use is really made by hands and imported from Italy and GermanyAs the proof of the quality of the performed job I am ready to send the pictures of the finished project, copy of the receipt signed by the customer,who agreed with the terms and conditionsAs well I am ready to send the copy of the text messages which prove that the customer did like and accepted the job

Later she contacted me and asked to make one of the roses smaller. She offered me to hold the 50 % of her payment and wanted me to sell the stained glass . I explained the customer that it's impossible. She was told in the beginning that there won't be a refund for the custom made project . And she agreed with that signed the receipt.  We offered the customer to meet and discuss the problem. The customer never called us back. The glass we use is really made by hands and imported from Italy and Germany.
