L & K Asphalt Maintenance

Review: L & K Asphalt performed a driveway seal and crack fill service that failed in 6 months. I was given a year warranty. When I called them to fix the issue I was told they would be out to fix the problem the next week. After another three weeks went by I called again. Again, I was told they would be out next week. Another four weeks went by and still no one came out to fix the problem. Since then I have left two messages. Last message was left on August 15th, 2013 telling them if the repair wasn't completed by the end of Friday, August 23rd I would be filing a complaint. They did not show up to complete the warranty work.Desired Settlement: Honor their warranty and repair what they were supposed to fix the FIRST time!

I spoke with the customer the first time he had called. The customer did not leave a voice message stating it needed to be completed by a certain date. I will contact the customer today and set up a time to repair the driveway.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. However I Want to make It Perfectly Clear I Did Leave Two Message With The Last One On August 15Th A Deadline Of The 24Th.

Review: L & K Asphalt did 1st seal of driveway around AUG 2012. OK job.Contacted Mr [redacted])on 7/31/2014 to stay on 2 year reseal of driveway schedule.I went on vacation From Aug 29-Sept 1, during which time L&K resealed driveway while I was gone.Contacted Mr [redacted] about a week after reseal completed and informed him that there were weeds growing up thru cracks that were supposedly resealed. He said he would call me back-NO CALL BACK occurred. Paid for reseal on Aug 12 with the idea that L&K would come back and reseal with the next couple of weeks.Contacted Mr [redacted] on March 25 2015 to remind him of the warranty work of his service. He stated that they would not start season for work until June 1.-NO CALL BACK from Mr [redacted].Contacted Mr [redacted] on June 10 and left a message on his machine that I would be gone last week of June and would not be back until July 6 and that I wanted to be present when work was done at residence- NO CALL BACK!Talked with Mr [redacted] on July 13 and he stated that he had 2 driveways to do and he would call me.-NO CALL BACK! called Mr [redacted] on July 15 and left a message on his machine that He had until end of week to complete his warranty work OR I was going to file a complaint with Revdex.com!!!Desired Settlement: I am requesting that MR [redacted] and L&K Asphalt honor their warranty agreement and reseal cracks and do a complete reseal of driveway with myself present to inspect the work. And if that is not agreeable then a FULL REFUND of monies spent for work completed Sept 2014 in the amount of $ 250.00
