We paid them in full for a job last June and they came out and looked at the poor work said they would fix it and now they wont return calls or fix itThe work was very expensive and they were very responsive when it came to the estimate and original work- however the driveway immediately developed several large cracks and there is a large puddled area when it rains. They came out to look at it after several months of us contacting them and they said they would repair it. They are now not answering our calls and if the office answers the phone they say they can't help us we need to contact Larry the owner directly and he doesn't answer his phone or return our callsDesired SettlementWe will be paying someone else to fix it and then we will deal with them in civil court since they continue to ignore our calls

LD Williams Concrete did my drive way and it looks great. They did everything they promised, and the price was pretty good. I would tell more people about his great service and even use him again.
