LB Property Management unlawfully held my entire almost $3,security deposit without ever providing security deposit reconciliation documents or any type of bawhatsoever to the alleged expensesI rented two different units consecutively in the same building that they managed and they did not provide a security deposit reconciliation document or baof alleged expenses for either unit not within the mandated days after move-out, not after I requested it in writing, and not even in court when I sued them in small claims They presented no documentation whatsoever at the small claims hearing which they lost and yet they still appealed the judgment (which added more months to the case) only to not show up to their own appeals case The court odred them to pay more than $2,immediately and it's been two months now and still no paymentBecause they did not return my security deposit, I have been unable to secure permanent housing...for months now They used harrassment, strong arming, and threats to try and bully me I lived at Laurel Gardens for years and in that time LBPM hired and fired six onsite managers I tried to request mediation and yet they never responded to any of the documents I faxed, mailed and/or hand-delvered to their offices I have been homeless for months because of them and yet they continue to earn and pocket the interest money off of my more than $2900, which they have had since October They are corrupt to say the least I am not alone, since my ordeal I have met others who have had similar experiences There is a reason they are not accredited by the Revdex.com
