L-Arginine Plus

on Jan-1st-2020, I ordered online the "arginine miracle, 3 jars" cardio supplement value $ 256.91 including $ 77 for express international shipping, on behalf of my father in law 87yr old, to be delivered to his address in Romania. order was shipped and delivered initially to wrong address in USA, I contacted seller by email and they told me they had a problem with delivery, but assured me order has been re-shipped. following my repeated requests to provide me with tracking number the seller refused to provide me with tracking number. to date, 15 days since order has been placed, my order has not been delivered and tracking number has not been provided. I have requested seller to cancel my order and refund my money. since my last request for refund, seller has stopped responding. I appreciate support to help me get refund of my money. thanks

I ordered 2 containers of l-arginine plus totaling over $70.00. I never received the order as they claimed address could not be found. I paid for the purchase so I would simply like a refund. I've emailed them 5 times & called once but got no help. My order number is L-PLUS-***-***. They claim they only guarantee 30 day refund but I've been trying to get a refund for weeks.
