Review: An apartment rental application fee was taken from me for an apt that I was denied of and not returned as promised in writing and verbally by phone.

I was denied the apt. without reasoning and told that my application fee would be returned by mail immediately. It has been almost a month now and I still dont have any idea when I will receive my payment. All ACCOUNTS from them regarding them sending the money back to me have been FALSE!!. They claimed to have mailed it, called me to pick it up from them on a date with no set time or location, and they also finally said that they would bring the money to my home directly,none of which they have even attempted to do.Desired Settlement: IMMEDIATE REFUND
