Thanks for contact to me to clarify this situation let me tell you that a received several callsfrom [redacted] and more the 90% of his calls I answered immediately or later, but the problem is that he required that I make responsible for thing that are didn't and wasn't under contract:; just we did heave up and services wire replace both things passed the required inspectionand never his electric problem been related with the heave uphis electric problem is because the electric wire of his house are to old and possible are broken or over chargerso if he connect a microwave at a already charged circuit obviously will be over charged and will active the breaker and again we didn't the interior electricityhe have contract a electrician to fix interior systemi sent couple times my electrician and never was our problems related to our heave up.also about the services not hooked up I can't tell you why [redacted] didn't go because we did the request and I gave the request order to [redacted] and the inspection cards with the required inspection already passedin ahead the process is between homeowner and ***Luis F [redacted] President###-###-####
