I have reached out to this company VIA email to advise them on two different occasions that I needed to meet with a representative to return my garage key card because I no longer was in need of there service since I would not be working in DE anymore. They will not return my email but instead they keep billing me when I cancelled back in December. There is never an employee at the parking garage and the only way of contact is to email the number on the bill and someone would reach out to you VIA your email or cell phone number which you provided to them.

Billing Adjustment I want each month after November cleared off my record since I have not parked in there garage since then. I also am requesting for them to remove my email from there list because they continue to bill me instead of responding to my cancelation emails.
