Dear *** ***,This email is in response to complaint #The events of this incident is as follows:On May 16, at 5:47pm, the provider sent the nurse a phone message regarding the patients ablab results and to find out patient's pharmacy preference.On May 17, at 12:28pm, the
nurse attempted to contact the patient to give instructions, however there was no answer therefore the nurse left a message for the patient to return call.On May 17, at 1:25pm, the patient returned call to the clinic and was informed of results and she gave pharmacy preferenceAt this time a message was sent to the provider.On May 19, patient called in to check on prescription status.On May 22, prescription sent to pharmacy.We apologize for the delay and will take proper measures to ensure this does not happen again in the futurePatients are seen in clinic during business hours and our providers check messages after the patients are seen for the day or in between patients when time permitsWe allow them 48hours to respond to messages

Money was never an issue...
in this matter. I was happy with my hair color at the time of service because it was not until the next day I had noticed the missed spot. I was never happy with the customer service I recieved such as coloring my own eyebrow. I feel so disrespected that the business is saying my boyfriend was upset with the amount of money it had cost. He never had an issue with it. This was a mothers day present and he wanted me to be happy. The business has no right ro make accusations about my financial status. I paid my bill there with no problem in cash. All I wanted was my hair fixed from the spot she missed. Any stylist would fix there mistake but she didnt. I since then had to go fix the mistake myself and pay more money because the salon wouldnt do it. I now want my money back because I wasnt satisified with the service once I got home and saw it and the customer service was beyond horrible. Now the business is trying to embarrass me by saying that its a money issue and by going on my private facebook to take pictures of me. What kind of business is this? This is ridicolous and not how a business should operate and treat their customers!
