I submitted an order for a 14 day trial of these products paying s&h. If cancelled within 14 days, nothing additional to be shipped or charged.
In regards to the SCAM for KytoTrim & KytoCleanse.

I contacted the company to cancel the account on 12/16/17, which was confirmed via email. I was then told that nothing would be charged to my credit card. Before ending the call,I asked to confirm that I would not be charged anything. The CSR rambled some verbiage quickly, that I did not understand, and quickly hung up on me. I was then charged $86.90 on 12/18/17.

I called 1/2/18 to request a refund in full due to the account being cancelled. The CSR (Victoria) told me she could only refund 20%. I told her no because that was not the offer. I told her that I would contact the Revdex.com for a refund, she rambled on about not contacting the Revdex.com then put me on hold. Came back to tell me the most she was allowed to refund was 50%. I said I will take that for now, but I wanted a copy of the agreement emailed to me so that I could review the contract details. After a few seconds, she quickly stated that her system would not allow her to email me a copy of the agreement and hung up on me.

At this point, I am more than irritated with them not providing me with a copy of the agreement, which they never provided when signing up for the product.

I would like for you to assist in obtaining a full refund in the amount of $86.90.

Desired Outcome

All I am asking for is a full refund in the amount of $86.90. This is definitely a scam. I even told them that the product made me sick. I know I was stupid for actually believing this in the first place. Lesson learned!

The terms of the offer that you agreed to at the time of your order clearly state that you were to have a 14 day trial period starting from the date of your order processing in which you could cancel your account to avoid further charges. They also indicate that "you must take affirmative action to avoid further charges or you will be charged in the amount of $86.90 fourteen days from the date of your order processing for the product."

These terms were presented to you in multiple places on our website when you ordered our product. Additionally, you were sent an order confirmation email after your order was completed that provided a full written version of the terms you agreed to.

When you ordered the product you also clicked a button indicating that you agreed to the terms of the offer. When a customer clicks that button we must assume that they have actually read what they are agreeing to. If there was any confusion with the terms you could have called our customer service team and they would have been happy to assist you.

Since we did not hear from you during your trial period, you were charged $86.90 when your trial ended.

According to our records the first contact we had requesting the cancellation of your account was on December 16, 2017 when you cancelled with a representative. Your account was immediately cancelled and you have not received any shipments or charges since then.

It appears you called again on January 02, 2018. As a courtesy, the representative provided you with a 50% refund on your most recent charge. You were refunded $43.50 Transaction ID XXXXXXXXXX on January 02, 2018.

We have refunded you the remaining amount of $43.40 please allow 3-5 business days to reflect back into your account.

Your account remains canceled and you will not receive any further shipments or charges.

Full refund was provided

They took money out of my account that they weren't authorized to take when I call them and ask him about it the people were so rude and hung up on me
I want my money back offered to send the product back because they didn't make it clear that they would be taken out of Mount out and they weren't authorized

Desired Outcome

I offered to send the product back it hasn't been used or the seal broken they wouldn't take it I explain to them that they were not authorized to take that amount and she just kept spouting off policies and then hung up in my face the for the second time as well

I was being charged and additional 84.99 on my credit card which no where when I registered for free sample did it say anything about.
can't remember when I ordered sample but was being charged the second time on my credit card on dec 5,2017. no where in there add do they say anything about receiving more product,no paperwork was sent with original order.

i want them to discontinue any products and refund on my credit card.

I ordered a trial on November 8, 2017 which charged just shipping costs. A "trial" shouldn't mean two separate charges for $81 each, adding up to over $160 charged to my account on December 1, 2017. I called customer service to get the $160 UNAUTHORIZED charge refunded back to my account to which the representative tried to sell me more rather than delete my account and refund money I didn't spend. The lady finally quit trying to sell me more after I plainly stated I wanted those charges to my account refunded to which she said wasn't allowed. She said the terms were stated where you fill out your personal information, which isn't true at all. The "terms" are listed at the very bottom of the page which you have to click on, which was told by a second representative on a different call who decided to hang up on me. They are not clearly stated by the very obvious orange button that says "rush my trial", which would make sense, but since this is a scam I wouldn't expect nothing less from a company who instead of solving a customer's issue, decides to hang up on them.

Requesting refund of product I did not order.
I was charged on my bank account $86.90 for a product in which I did not receive or order. Two representatives told me that there was a different shipping address on file, one told me it looked fake. Both representatives hung up on me and refused to help or refund me this product. It's obvious I didn't order it, nor did I even receive it. They refused to escalate and hung up on me. All I am looking for is a refund of the $86.90 for product I don't even have.... or even ordered. Seems like a scam to me.

I ordered some pills from this company on October 25th 2017, I got them at my house on October 31st and 11/09/17 they deducted 86$ from my account.
Money was deducted without my consent; when I called for an answer they were not very clear and said"sorry that is how it works" This is just a SCAM they should tell people in advance you will be charge after 14 dias. How are you gonna know if a product works in 14 days?? ridiculous.
Besides they do not keep the word with money back refund that is not true I tried to get my money back that way and I was told that because the bottle was open already they can not take it and I can not have my money back. Really??? So you have to return the bottle sealed if you are not satisfied? how is that possible. How are you gonna know if the product works or not with the bottle sealed??? Their customer service sucks, they were very nasty. I could not get my money back but I just want to warn people no to buy from this people this is a SCAM do not let people steal your money the way they do. SCAM SCAM

I would like my money back and some investigation for that kind of companies that just take advantage of people.

unapproved charge to my credit card
The company advertised a 30 day trial of their product for the cost of shipping only. There was no contract or terms listed. They charged my account for the amount of shipping and sent a 30 day supply. 15 days after that, my account was charged $160.00+ and when I called and told them I did not approve it, they told me I did and agreed to the terms. I told them there were no terms listed and there was no paperwork in the package when it came. Purchase date was 10/15/17, order #***, charge was $4.95. Then on 10/31, they charged my account $86.90. I tried to explain to the rep (didn't give a name) that there is NO WAY I would have agreed to
"try" a product for $90.00.

Desired Outcome

I want my account credited for the $86.90 charge. I DID NOT, nor would I, have approved that.
