Kyocera Repair Center

They said my phone was under warranty and they would replace or fix the phone within 10 business days. They've had my phone for a month now, charged me for the repair, and no one can tell me when the phone will be fixed, why its taking so long, or if I'll ever get my phone back. Purchased Kyocera Duraforce two months ago, which was supposed to be indestructible....screen cracked within one month and no reputable repair shop will touch. Don't buy Kyocera anything, don't listen to Bear Grylls, and don't ever, ever send your phone to this place.
