Review: I have send out my [redacted] cell phone just about 2 month now [redacted] I have to spoke to [redacted] today 3/17/14 at 1.30 pm est. they are still doing diagnostic test on my cell phone I need my phone cause I got heart problems and other medical issues' so far I have spend over 80 dollars adding minutes on my other cell phone bust who is my services provider have told me that the phone must be on by this wed or my cell service will be out of service plus I will loose my cell number and there is a 25 dollars activation fees... I believe that the comp have lost my cell and they are making stories up to repair a cell phone does not take over 2 moths a week or soDesired Settlement: 80 dollars for air time plus 25 dollars reconnect my service total $105 dollars im still spending money out of my pocket.
