our conversation, it was discovered that Revdex.com had the wrong e-mail address for our company. This has been changed and resolved.[redacted] requested an emergency service for a backed up main sewer line at her residence on Sunday, February 5, 2016. I talked to [redacted] and explained to her the cost of the job would be $225 for the first hour and $125 per hour after the first hour. This is considered an estimate and not a quote. She was Originally charged $350 since the job took slightly longer than 1 hour. I since have reduced it to $300 to hopefully satisfy her but to no avail. I am sending out another invoice to hopefully collect at least the first hour rate.Thank You, Tony K
