Selected a puppy we were internine purchasing. Price was informed to us from the seller. We agreed, including shipping. We were to receive s contact and receipt once the deposit was made. A deposit of $200 was made through *** No paperwork has ever been received from the seller. All contact numbers the seller had to make this transaction have been disconnect. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Breeder accepted $650 for purchase of a beagle puppy and to ship her from *** After receiving payment the breeder then sent her to a shipping company which both Breeder and Shipper are trying to charge more then the agreed price to ship the puppy and refuses to refund the paid amount of $650.00, and insist we pay an additional $500-$1100 to ship the puppy in a special crate. Seller refuses to resolve the issues and keeps ignoring all communication attempts and refund request.
