The only way they agreed to do the repair that they caused was to sign on an agreed amount for repairs. I am satisfied that repairs were made, what I was dissatisfied with was the length of time it took and their non response attitude once insurance representative told them not to talk to me. Very poor customer service as I saw it.

communication between a sub-contractor and us. We have taken the appropriate steps to ensure these type of issues do not repeat themselves. We have also completed work that was on the top of the complaints and exceeded the customers expectations with the finish product. There is still one part of the project left that we are waiting on material to be delivered. Ben Franklin Plumbing has upgraded the parts and will also upgrade the install at no cost to customer. We are very upset that these issues were not handled quickly and professionally and we strive to ensure a 100% satisfied customer at all times.
