Review: I dropped off my coat at Kwok Wan Laundromat, located at 48 Hester St on 12/**/14. I saw a sign on the window that read, suede and leather. They looked at my coat and gave me a receipt for pick up on Weds,the bill was $25. The lady asked, "$25 pay now or later?" I said I'll pay when I pick it up. I went today, 12/**/14, to pick up the coat and they said, "This needed more attention, it costs $55." I said " You have my phone number why didn't you call me to see if I would pay that amount?" She said we call you. When I looked at my phone it was a missed call with no message. I said "I'll split the difference and pay you $40." She said no, $50. I said let's have the Revdex.com handle it.Desired Settlement: I'm willing to pay $40 instead of $25 on the bill, can you please advise and or assist? Thank you for your assistance.[redacted]
