Kwik Kar

I took my car in for an oil change. The manager of Kwik Kar, KD, informed me that I needed new brake pads, which I had expected. He told me that it should take 1 hour to 1 hour 10 minutes, so I waited there for my service to be completed. A little over an hour later, I saw tbe mechanic drive my car out of the bay and around to the side of the building, as though the work had been completed. Thirty minutes later, they still hadn't brought my car around or told me it was finished, so I went outside to look for my car. My car was gone!! It wasn't parked in front, in the back, or on either side, nor was it being worked on. When KD saw me searching for it, he came over and told me that the mechanic was test driving it after the repairs. About thirty minutes later, he still hadn't returned with my car, so I asked him again, 'Where is my car'? This time, he told me that it was at the Allen location on McDermott. The mechanic needed to take it there for brake pads. I never authorized anyone to drive my vehicle. I called the Kwik Kar on McDermott, and they said they did not have my car there. After 1 hour and 45 minutes, the mechanic returned with my car. He was never authorized to take my car. Also, KD lied about where my car was. I'm still unsure where he took my car and what he did with it.
