I understand her frustration for receiving different information from different placesA synthetic blend oil as was put into her vehicle was an appropriate choice as would have been high mileageUnfortunately I do not have the information to contact the other business and find out more details as
she only presented us with a receipt for a state inspection, not an oil changeIf she would like to provide the receipt for the second oil change we will gladly refund the money she spent with us

I am rejecting this response because: I did not provide a receipt for a state inspectionI provided a receipt from both businesses for oil changesAs for the synthetic oil that is completely falseThe type of synthetic oil that they used was not meant for high mileage like they want to claimYes my car is high mileage but if so then why wasn’t I offered high mileage oil?
