NEGATIVE- [redacted] of KW Flooring of [redacted] CT XXX-XXXXXXX improperly installed veneer flooring in our condo less than 9 months ago. The "floating" veneer floor is bucking and "peaking due to lack of vapor barrier and lack of margin for expansion. This has occurred in the Living, Dining, Kitchen rooms and Hallway. This represents approximately 830 square feet of flooring that was charged $6.27 per SF, thus, a damage of $5,204.10. We called and texted numerous times over the 16 days to request repair of the damaged floor. [redacted] communicated initially, and then missed three scheduled appointments and do not return calls and broke three appointments. We have been forced to seek legal remedy.Desired Settlement: Seeking Refund or Replacement/repair
