Below is from notes in member club system: 6/23/- Courtesy call attempted regarding balance on account7/24/- Courtesy call attempted regarding balance on account8/21/- Courtesy call attempted regarding balance on account9/28/- Courtesy call attempted regarding balance on account and sent to collections9/29/– Member came in about his collections accountTook his file out & went over the situation he had with past sales rep and he stated he cancelled verbally without filling out cancellation request as is requiredWill check with [redacted] and [redacted] about what we can do to help get him out of collections10/01/– Talked with [redacted] about situation, he will see if he can get some fees removed to help out since we had no record of any cancellation10/05/– Talked with [redacted] and he made some calls to get several fees waived and get member out of collections Called member with details of how we could help and get account out of collections, member stated he would come in the morning to take care of it, notified [redacted] also 10/06/– Member came in and paid past due amount minus fees [redacted] waivedAccount closed
