Review: They kept my car for one month, there was a stolen battery and they lost the keys to the car (2002 [redacted] said that the fuel pump and air filter needs to be replaced. I'm on disability so I only get paid at the first of the month. [redacted] never worked on the car. I'm going to have the car towed home. Also, whoever stole the battery cut the cords to the battery to take it.Desired Settlement: Replace my keys and new battery. To replace the fuel pump.

For losing keys to my car, stolen battery (which was brand new). Wayne claims he called the police. The plastic on driver's side window is busted in a hole (?) The cables were cut from the battery.

He brought car in for a no-run condition. It had bad fuel pump. I gave him a price for a filter and fuel pump. He said he couldn't afford to fix it. He wanted to know how much for a check-up, I gave him a price and he couldn't afford that either.

The vehicle does not run and I need to get rid of from my lot. I processed a lien on it it was then he told me he would come pick it up. Someone poked a hole in the plastic that was over the front passenger side window and stole the battery and cut the cables. I can't be responsible for a vehicle that I cannot secure.

I called the consumer after I received the complaint and asked him if he really believed I was to be responsible for securing his vehicle? The consumer said, "no, I thought you may have insurance though." I told him no and he might want to call the Revdex.com and tell them to retract his complaint then. He never did.
