Poor customer service. Won lawsuit against them in October they still have not paid the judgement and have to pursue further legal measures and they kept my jewelry.

My wedding diamond needed re-tipped; it was catching on my clothing.
I spoke with Lindsay and she suggested an entirely new head, instead of the tipping.
She saved me money.!
I had also made arrangements to leave the ring at 10:00 am and pick it up by 4pm a week ahead of time, however, during that time a friend passed and I needed to get to the funeral which was at 4pm. Lindsay told me that they would have the ring ready for me by 2:30, which they did.
She saved me time!
I will return.

Our whole family has been treated so wonderfully by the entire staff at KVC Jewelers. [redacted] is amazing; so personable and talented. They were also wonderful to my mother years ago and made her very happy. It's so great that there are still fabulous businesses in Spokane like KVC Jewelers!
