Review: One or two years ago we took our 2003 car for a window repair (the power window could not be closed) ; Kustom Koachworks-[redacted] exposed the window mechanism and we were told that the broken part will have to be ordered. First we called them, a few days later we personally went back to ask if the part had arrived, both times their answer was that "the part was not available because the car was too old". Since then the vehicle was occasionally driven with the window only partially closed. A couple of weeks ago we took the car back to see if they could do something to the window because we wanted to ship the car to the East Coast. Again the window mechanism was exposed and this time [redacted], the manager, was able to get us the part the same day. After the broken part was replaced [redacted] "realized" that the power window motor was missing. Of course,he wanted to charge us for a new motor too. Our reply was that Kustom Koachworks-[redacted] was the only one that had exposed the window mechanism twice, therefore if it was missing Kustom Koachworks-[redacted] was the one who had removed it. Additionally, the second time the window mechanism was exposed Kustom Koachworks-[redacted] broke the power window switch and did not want to acknowledge it. After these two issues, the missing motor and the broken switch, were pointed to manager [redacted], he became belligerent, defensive and abusive. As we had to ship the car the next day we could not demand the problems to be fixed. As a consequence of their actions we paid for a new part but the window was still not working because, Oh Surprise!, the window motor was missing; plus, the power window switch was now broken. Yes, we do not care too much about the money, but we do care about the lack of honesty and disrespect.Desired Settlement: We are not demanding our money back but them to acknowledge their wrong actions.
