Kustom Kleaning

Kustom Kleaning rep. (***) came to our home (after having a conversation with her on the phone) to do a walk-thru/estimate. After sitting down with *** and discussing Kustom Kleaning services, we could never get in touch with them to schedule a time for them to clean our home (despite multiple calls/text messages and emails).
It's hard to believe that this company has been in business for 15 years (per *** at Kustom Kleaning). The lack of customer service was that of a startup business that lacked the proper number of resources to do the work they are advertising, an office assistant to keep up with schedule appointments as well as lack of communication that ranged from a two-week period. To this day, we still have not heard back from them.
I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone I know. My husband and I have never experienced such unprofessionalism.
