Ms [redacted] was offered all her monies back and had not asked to do a walk through (done after move in with move in condition form) at this time I do not have any available apartments due to 100% occupancyI will have #but that resident does not move out until 04/23/I have done a pre walk through and find the unit to be able to be turn around in days (as for all move outs) Ms [redacted] started the conversation out with "I WAS TOLD BY SOMEONE WHO LIVES THERE THAT"I explained to her that I had nothing to view but if she was not comfortable moving into this unit (only one available) that I would be willing to refund all monies back to her including her deposit which we normally dont return if we take units off the market
