I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved The two attachments reflect the correspondence between myself and *** from Kusmi's
customer service department based in France Anyone else who has experienced problems with Kusmi orders would be advised to eschew the "contactus" e-mail entirely and proceed to use the complaint form on their website, which will direct them to the customer service department, who actually read their e-mails

week, but still I have not gotten the order from March ***I emailed to address on the order form on the on the order I gotI NEVER got a reply backThat was my last contact to themOn the website there is no number to call or way to contact themSo I tried *** & ***, no reply from that eitherSo basically they just took my money & no product
