Regardless, we offered and applied a 10% discount due to the delay, and the customer now has the order in their possession. Our business has been sold, but as stated on our website, all remaining orders placed during our ownership will be shipped by 7/*/14.

Review: We ordered a sum of customized license plate frames in April 2014 and spent $390. These were for our business to give to our customers as thank you and welcome gifts. We ordered and paid for the license plate frames, however, we never received them, and there was no refund of money, and the company seems to have gone out of business without attempting to make amends in the least. We were not able to complain to anyone in their support staff, as they were out of business and no longer taking complaints.Desired Settlement: We would like our refund in full, as we did not receive any notice of the company going out of business, and there was no semblance of a refund offered at the time. I realize that is has been quite some time since this occurred, however it was not realized until a month or so after that the plates had not arrived. We would love to be refunded our money, as we feel quite scammed in this scenario. Thank you.

Review: Having ordered a customize license plate frame the product failed after about 8 months. After repeated contacts to the company supplying photographic proof of the failure [redacted] agreed to refund the entire purchase. Subsequent to this promise I received an email asking for my [redacted] account information. I replied by advising that I did not maintain a [redacted] account and give all of the needed information for a traditional refund to be made. I haven't heard a word since and that was about 2 1/2 month ago.Desired Settlement: Full Refund of $33.37

Review: I ordered a license plate frame from [redacted] on April [redacted]. The website says receive within 5 business days. So on May [redacted] I called the company to ask where my license plate frame was. This was almost 2 weeks after I ordered the frame. The lady on the phone said that it is being made. I asked her so it wasn't shipped yet? I said the website says I'd have within 5 business days. She said she will get it out as soon as possilbe, and offered me a 10% discount, which I accepted. I still have not received the frame on Friday May [redacted] so I went [redacted] to get the customer service phone number again, and the window said they are out of business and that Kushworks is one of the affiliated companies taking over, so I called Kushworks yesterday May [redacted] and got a recording saying I will receive a call back within one business day. I did not receive the call today, so I placed another call and got the same recording. Needless to say, I do not have my license plate frame still. I am extremely upset. I feel this company took my money and is avoiding me now.Desired Settlement: I want this company to cancel my order and refund my credit card 100% including shipping and handling fees!!!!!

Review: I placed an order for license plate frames and received an e-mail saying they had been shipped May *, 2014. On May ** they still had not arrived. I e-mailed the company asking about the status of the order. They replied saying that they would look into the issue. On May [redacted], I still had not received a reply and sent another e-mail to the company. I finally received a reply on May ** that they were opening a lost/stolen report and they would ship another set. I had not received the order by May ** and sent another e-mail asking for a refund and warned them of filing a complaint. I have not yet received any reply.Desired Settlement: Full refund

Review: On May **, 2014 I purchased two Chrome Metal License Plate Frames. Each frame had custom lettering printed on it.

1st Frame: Top "[redacted]"

Bottom "[redacted]"

2nd Frame: Top "[redacted]"

Bottom "[redacted]"

I received two frames in the mail, however both frames were printed the same. They made a mistake on the order. They promised to send a new plate at no charge with the text "[redacted]" at the bottom. The last reply I received from Customer Service was dated May [redacted] 2014. I have since sent 4 or 5 e-mails and have made multiple attempts to contact them by phone with no success. They do not return e-mails nor do they answer the phone.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the chrome metal plate promised to me with the following text:
