Review: I got a massage during spa week and it was ok. At checkout, the receptionist mentioned a promo that was going on. And although, I hate to be locked into things, it seemed like a sweet promotion. I asked her if the deposit was refundable and she said YES, and then I asked her if I had to cancel by a certain day, she replied NO. Because I work long hours and the spa is very far from house, I decided to cancel my package and get back my deposit. The OWNER was super rude. He told me he would ONLY offer me a credit, after I explained to him that his RECEPTIONIST told me that I could get my money back. And then, he had the nerve to tell me that the $100 was paid in May and that that money has been put into his employee payroll???? This place feels like a SHAM. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Def not "stress relieving". It is not my problem that his staff gave out "wrong information", and that "he has done his payroll."Desired Settlement: 100% REFUND.
