Once you've scrolled to the very bottom you will see a menu option Shipping and Returns. This takes our customers to our Policy page. In the first paragraph undershipping we notify our International customers that this duty or tax maybe charged and we have no possible way of controlling nor estimating what their Government may charge. This policy is again displayed at the bottom of the page during the checkout process (for every customer).By her own admission, M/Ms [redacted] was given a verbal explanation when the matter was brought to their attention. We offered to give a full refund on the order should M/Ms [redacted] like to return the order. It is our goal, that shopping with Kupa Inc be a pleasurable experience for all of our customers.
