I would like to inform you that the policies of our learning center are well explained to the customers in detail during the parent orientation. Only when the customer is in acceptance of the...
terms of our policies, we will enroll their kids in the program. The learning program we offer is a long term program and is well explained to our customers. As far as agreement terms, we follow the template which is used by our corporate learning center in IL.There are no fine prints in our 2 page agreement and all details are of same font and very clearly understandable. Any auto debit for tuition could be stopped by the customers by giving one month notice in writing. The first payment made by our clients include the 12th month fee which is non refundable, if they discontinue the program before the completion of 12 months. The business response is not satisfactory.
1. Other kumon centers in Naperville and Aurora doesnt have a contract.We don't know what the business mean by corporate office in Chicago because 'contact us' in kumon naperville west website shows New jersey
2. The business not provided a copy of the contract to us when we signed it.
3. Whole point of complaint is a contract which doesn't make any sense ie paying 10th month fees at the beginning of the program.

Our learning center is a franchise and we have our center specific rules. We follow these rules for all of our customers the same way uniformly and do not discriminate or make exceptions. In this case, we are going by what was agreed upon in writing.
