Kumon North America

My son was in the Kumon Math program at the *** location and we stop attending over two months ago. My wife and I have reach out to representative from Kuomon about refund for the past two months and we have not been refund yet. Recently a week ago, we were promised in a email that the refund would be received within a week. We have not yet received the refund of $250. Its not a lot of money, but we do not have money to keep in Kumon escrow account to gain interest and so on. I would like this issue to be resolved asap please. best contact number is
